TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following Terms and Conditions are highly encouraged to be read and understood before booking with Belizean Blue Safaris.
The client who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all people in the group and is responsible for all payments due.
Customers are responsible for notifying us of any health problems or other difficulties. Belizean Blue Safaris is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injuries sustained if clients fail to follow the safety rules indicated by our guide.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Please note that all bookings require a non-refundable down payment of 50% of the total price at the time of booking, to confirm the tour.
The remaining amount due must be paid the same day, before departure for the tour.
CANCELLATION
The tour will not be cancelled and no refunds will be made in case of rain or clouds. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of the reason.
The tour will be moved to the next available day if possible, or a 100% refund will be made if we have to cancel the tour due to extreme weather conditions (e.g. high winds that prevent the boat from going out).
- Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the tour: No Refund
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour: 50% cancellation fee charged (deposit)
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour: Full Refund
